In Black Ink Earrings

  • Details
In Black Ink Earrings: Lightweight and lovely Edwardian style vintage black button and filigree rounds, formerly screw back earrings, are paired with 70+ year old vintage brass stampings of a calla lily flower spray, and a single sparkly vintage cut glass bicone bead salvaged from a necklace.

Lightweight earrings with a lightweight price! :)

All pieces hand-wrapped with 14k/20 gold filled wire and hung on (new) 14k/20 gold filled ear wires. Vintage dangles are former screw-back earrings and are in good condition but, being vintage, may show some wear befitting their age. Screw-backs have been removed. Vintage brass stampings are in uncirculated condition. They're quite old, from the 1950s or earlier. Vintage cut glass bead is in good condition.

    One of a kind.

Drop (from bottom of ear wires): ~ 1.5 inches / 4cm
Length (from top of ear wires): ~ 2 inches / 5cm

These special earrings will arrive beautifully packaged and ready for gift-giving (even if the gift is to yourself!).

Earring title taken from Shakespeare's Sonnet 65.
